Chun Wa is a graduate of the University of Hong Kong. He qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1993 and joined Messrs. Chung & Kwan where he focused on the areas of conveyancing and property management. He joined S. K. Lam, Alfred Chan & Co. as a consultant in 1999 and was admitted as a partner in 2003. He now deals with a mixture of property management and construction works and acts for a number of major property management companies and builders.
