ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Since the Civil Justice Reform, the use of alternative dispute resolution is highly encouraged by the Court. We well appreciate the importance of saving clients’ time and costs that we are proactive in adopting an approach that would solve our clients’ problems without procedural complication.

Our partners, Mr. S.K. Lam and Mr. Alfred Chan are both accredited Mediators and they have solid experience in attending as well as conducting mediation. Mr. S.K. Lam is also a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.
